Foundry Field recently made a double page spread in the EDP’s Property section. Editor, Caroline Culot, first visited Foundry Field back in July 2015, when only Plot 1 existed and the rest was a building site. One year on things are very different – as Caroline discovered. Full of enthusiasm about the new homes and the attractive landscaping, Caroline clearly views the emerging ‘village within a village’ as a very lovely spot to call home.
We are delighted to announce that our Greencroft homes – with the exception of the 2 apartments, Plots 6 and 6a – are now officially launched for sale. On the market since last weekend, Plot 4 is already Under Offer.
For further details, please click on the links below for the brochure and price list. Plots 6 and 6a will be launched for sale later this year.

It was smiles all round earlier this month, when MP Sir Henry Bellingham officially opened the Foundry Place Car Park in Burnham Market. Built as a gift to the village by Fleur Hill – and much appreciated by residents – the car park benefits the whole community by alleviating traffic congestion.
Sir Henry Bellingham was clearly impressed by the car park when he commented, “It is probably the most attractive and well built car park in the country.”
Norfolk Country Councillor Richard Bird, who was also in attendance, added, ‘This means so much to the people here. It has been in the offing for more than 30 years…Fleur Hill is just fantastic.’
Fleur Hill is delighted to report that we have 18 homes sold or under offer at Foundry Field, Burnham Market. With 9 houses still available, the mix of 3 and 4 bedroom homes range from £910,000 to £1.4m.
Our Show Home is open 7 days a week from 10am to 5.30pm. For further information, please contact Susie Hamilton on 01328 293110 or firstname.lastname@example.org
We are delighted to announce that one half of our joint venture company – Hill – has been awarded ‘Housebuilder of the year 2015’ by WhatHouse?
Now in its 34th year, the WhatHouse? Awards are the UK’s most prestigious new houses event, often referred to as the Oscars of the house building industry.
So a big well done to Hill!
