Recently launched for sale, beautiful Sea Glass was featured in the Autumn issue of glossy magazine – Royal Coast Resident. An upmarket publication, Sea Glass was given an impressive 4 page spread, which really showed the house at its best. We have attached a link below so you can see read it for yourself.
Earlier this month, our beautiful new home, Sea Glass, featured as the EDP’s property of the week. Property Editor, Caroline Culot, seemed more than impressed – describing it as ‘a show stopper…boasting some spectacular features’ and a ‘triumph of architecture.’ Taking inspiration from smart Notting Hill homes, Caroline admired how Sea Glass is, by turn, a glamorous contemporary home with a echoes of ‘the beach’ and lots of ‘Bohemian chic.’
Foundry Field recently made a double page spread in the EDP’s Property section. Editor, Caroline Culot, first visited Foundry Field back in July 2015, when only Plot 1 existed and the rest was a building site. One year on things are very different – as Caroline discovered. Full of enthusiasm about the new homes and the attractive landscaping, Caroline clearly views the emerging ‘village within a village’ as a very lovely spot to call home.
We are delighted to announce that our Greencroft homes – with the exception of the 2 apartments, Plots 6 and 6a – are now officially launched for sale. On the market since last weekend, Plot 4 is already Under Offer.

All Greencroft homes are now sold
It was smiles all round earlier this month, when MP Sir Henry Bellingham officially opened the Foundry Place Car Park in Burnham Market. Built as a gift to the village by Fleur Hill – and much appreciated by residents – the car park benefits the whole community by alleviating traffic congestion.
Sir Henry Bellingham was clearly impressed by the car park when he commented, “It is probably the most attractive and well built car park in the country.”
Norfolk Country Councillor Richard Bird, who was also in attendance, added, ‘This means so much to the people here. It has been in the offing for more than 30 years…Fleur Hill is just fantastic.’
